Winter is definitely kicking in, maybe not so much the cold
yet but for sure the dampness and dirt on the roads. Sticking with the mountain
biking, and it’s paying off, have been getting so much faster these last couple
weeks, and seem to be getting stronger too. At the moment really loving the mud allowing me to work on pedal stroke efficiency because you have to make every one count on the bike or the rear wheel will just spin out. Really loving the night riding and
the adrenaline rush from riding much faster downhill than I have ever before. It doesn't seem to matter how many times I've ridden the local trails I never come home disappointed, I am addicted to the rush and every time I go out I come back better a very rewarding feeling.

Chasing Chris
Only issues at the moment of note are; I have been suffering
for a bit of lower leg pain and a severe lack of glut strength. The lower legs
pain seems to be manageable and was possibly more panic and a bit too much
massage, doing more harm than good. Good that both are an easy fix, well that's how its feeling and just need to focus on getting all my activation exercises done multiple times a day.
Not really too much more to report. Have my first winter race rapidly approaching; the 1st in the Glentress Duathlon series, this will be my first duathlon in a while and hopefully a successful start to my off road career. My dissertation project is close to becoming finalized. It’s not exactly
what I wanted to do but still a very interesting topic which can be confirmed
closer to the time. Here is a couple
random pictures from my phone from last while.
